1. How do I place an order?

Click on the item you wish to order, and you will be taken to the checkout page.

2. Payment & Shipping

Payment and shipping will be calculated at checkout. For all orders to UK adresses, shipping will be as follows:

Orders up to £12.01...........................................Free

Orders from £12.01 to £26.01..........................£4.00

Orders from £26.01 to £84.01..........................£5.00

Shipping is sent by Royal Mail........2nd class, signed for. If you require a different delivery, please contact me.

International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, but as a rough guide, one BuggyWrap will be £12.00.

3. Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Payment by PayPal or card, the choice is yours.

4. Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We are happy to exchange or refund any item * if returned within 21 days of purchase (excluding postage) providing that it is in an unused condition.

* This does not effect your rights if the item is faulty or misdescribed.

Privacy Terms and Conditions

This is our privacy policy and, if you are looking at this, it means that you want to learn how we process your personal data at HunnyBunnys and how we protect your privacy.

Essential information we collect:

If you like our Facebook page we will be notified and will be able to see your profile. If you contact us via email or Facebook messenger, we will respond. We will not contact you first by Facebook messenger or email unless you comment on one of our posts asking us to do so.

Order information you expressly provide:

If you buy something from our website, or our Facebook page, we will need more specific information about you. To fully process your order and ship the merchandise you selected, we need your personal data such as your first and last name, your email address and your shipping and billing address. We also use your contact and order information to send you communication related to the processing of your order. We will ask you to provide this information in our “checkout page” before letting you finalise your purchase with the payment.

Reviews:

If you have completed a purchase, we may send you an email to ask you to review the product you bought.

● Shipping: We integrate with a number of shipping companies to fulfill your orders. Our main partner is Royal Mail but we also use courier companies like APC, DPD, UPS and Hermes. These companies have strict privacy policies and we are confident your details are safe and only used to deliver your order.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep some data for security investigation. Most importantly, we have specific obligations for fraud detection and tax reasons.

Therefore, we might need to retain certain data even if you ask to delete it. This data is secured and used solely for above reason.
